摘要針對高等教育迅猛發展的形勢，為確保學校健康和可持續發展，妥善處理發展規模及發展速度與資金保障的關系，通過對學校基本辦學條件、基礎資料、歷年財務狀況的分析和研究，對照教育部頒發的《普通高等學校基本辦學條件指標（試行） 》的要求，採用科學的測算方法，預測規劃期辦學資金總收入和總需求，測算學校的貨款能力。 -
