本文對介面方案進行論述，提出了五種介面方案：網路編程、直接訪問數據源的數據庫表、形成文本文件方式、超級鏈接方式、數據通過計算機串口進行轉發，並針對重慶電力調度通信中心的具體情況提出了dmis的介面方法：與ems （ energymanagementsystem ）的介面採用網路編程、形成文本文件方式、超級鏈接方式，與ebs （ energybusinesssystem ）的介面採用直接訪問數據源的數據庫表、超級鏈接方式。
