五月二日至五日各地同修帶著支援物品滿滿的愛心及工作的熱忱，陸續到達桃園小中心，並積極地展開各項會前的準備工作，包括會場入口藝術畫作經書天衣天飾展示區記者招待處印心報名處之布置，以及會場內平地的整理打掃椅子的擺放看臺電視裝設電力裝置講經臺背景骨架大螢幕搭設大型山水背景畫框搬運及立起固定大型地毯裁剪鋪設，和大樹花草搬運擺設等等，這些過程都需要眾多的人力耐力毅力及車輛才可完成！
