The customer agrees that any shipment the customer makes utilising the application is subject to and governed by the ups terms and conditions of carriageservice ( applicable in the country of origin of the shipment ), the ups tariff ( as applicable ) and the my ups terms and conditions, each current at the time of shipment ( collectively the " ups documentation " ) which are incorporated into this agreement by this reference
