筆者不揣淺薄，試著跳出傳統的「兩分結構」的解析方式，以結果加重犯的本質為出發點與主線，從客觀上基本犯罪行為的高度危險性，主觀上行為人對于產生加重結果認識的可能性上做整體統一的認識，認為結果加重犯是一個獨立的犯罪形態，從而對結果加重犯的上述爭論問題做出重新解讀。
