In the system software design, h. 263 core algorithm modules ( dct, dct, motion estimation ) are discussed. exploits the fact that many residual blocks become all zero blocks after dct and quantizationin very low bit rate videocoding. a motion search algorithm asing zero block detection technology, is proposed in this paper
該系統軟體設計部分針對h . 263核心演算法模塊： dct 、 dct和運動估計模塊，闡述了全零發現技術，並與傳統運動估計結合應用一種基於發現全零塊的中止準則，對原有演算法進行了改造，取得了良好的效果。
