通過對國內外已有高填石路堤修築資料的綜合分析及室內巖石試驗，獲得了寨任二級公路高填石路堤地基及填料強度參數的參考值；通過對路堤沉降發展規律現有分析方法的比較及對廣西寨任二級公路高填石路堤修築工程中的沉降全過程觀測資料深入分析，運用預測技術，提出了路基及路堤沉降發展規律分析的「龔帕斯」成長曲線分析方法；針對室內巖石試驗的局限，運用有限元技術，結合鄧肯一張非線性本構模型和復形調優法，提出了高填石路堤填石料強度參數的反演方法，開發了相應的反演分析程序，並成功地反演了廣西寨任二級公路高路堤填石料的強度參數值。
