結果表明，滅活后的革蘭氏陰性菌（ e . colik12 ）再與蛇毒相互作用時，洗脫下來的蛋白中菌體蛋白含量明顯減少，但不影響對作用蛋白的吸附；甲醛滅活對革蘭氏陽性菌（ s . mutans和s . aureus ）影響不大，只有s . aureus吸附蛋白中47kda的蛋白吸附量減少，不會影響作用蛋白中其它蛋白的吸附。
