本論文採用透射電鏡技術比較研究十足目（ decapoda ）物種浙江華溪蟹（ sinopotamonchekiangense ） 、三疣梭子蟹（ portunus ， trituberculatus ） 、脊尾白蝦（ exopalarmoncarinicandaholthuis ）及羅氏沼蝦（ macrobrachiumrosenbergii ）的精子發生和精子結構。
