  1. Article xii 1. this convention shall come into force on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit of the third instrument of ratification or accession

  2. For each state ratifying or acceeding to this convention after the deposit of the third instrument of ratification or accession, this convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after deposit by such state of its instrument of ratification or accession

  5. Article 99 this convention enters into force, subject to the provisions of paragraph of this article, on the first day of the month following the expiration of twelve months after the date of deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, including an instrument which contains a declaration made under article 92

  6. Accession shall be effected by the deposit of an instrument of accession with the secretary - general of the united nations
