本論文針對環模室原控制系統存在的控制精度下降等問題,進行了系統模擬及環境模擬系統特性分析,在此基礎上,設計了智能pid控制器、抗積分飽和的控制器、預估補償控制器、完善了低溫系統的雙迴路控制,制定了新的控制方案和控製程序組態,並對其控製程序進行模擬調試及結合實際試驗對其控制系統進行驗證;共計完成了18條曲線, 19個項目的試驗,對其控制系統及控製程序進行了充分的考驗。
