摘要根據保護性耕作在我國的實施情況並結合國外已有研究結果，我們認為保護性耕作的內涵為：保護性耕作措施就是對農田實行少耕或免耕，盡可能減少對土壤的擾動，並以秸稈覆蓋地表，達到減少勞動強度和生產投入，防止農田風蝕和水蝕並提高土壤肥力和抗旱能力的一種農田耕作技術。
