筆者對日照沿海防護林幾種主要木本植物和草本植物的蒸騰速率和環境因子的關系進行了研究，結果表明： 8種植物日平均蒸騰速率和蒸騰速率日變幅各異；麻櫟、紫穗槐和白茅的蒸騰速率日變換呈現出雙峰式的變化規律，其它5種植物蒸騰速率表現為單峰式的變化規律；氣孔導度影響著植物的蒸騰速率，溫度（氣溫、地面溫度）是影響植物蒸騰速率的主要因子；空氣相對濕度和蒸騰速率表現為顯著或極顯著負相關，相關系數高達0 . 866 。 -
In the present study, we determine the clock and melatonin receptor subtypes ( mt 1, mt2 ) genes in suprachiasmatic nucleus ( scn ) and lymphocytes at different time points of specific light regimes. the aim of this study is to investigate the effects of light on circadian expression of these clock related genes, and to explore possible roles and mechanisms of these genes in regulation of the diurnal rhythm
本課題採用不同的光照制，研究scn及外周淋巴細胞中的鐘基因clock 、褪黑素受體基因（ mt1和mt2 ）的晝夜表達規律，以期了解光照對中樞和外周這三個基因晝夜節律表達的影響，並試圖發現它們在生物鐘晝夜節律的維持中可能的作用規律。
