然後通過對現代企業組織設計原則及發展趨勢的分析，結合數據倉庫、 cyc技術的有關理論基礎，提出了傳統企業組織結構的二元化改造模型以及在此基礎上的企業知識轉移策略，並構造了基於數據倉庫和cyc技術的智能化crm信息結構模型，首次提出企業間知識共享及合作推理的ksp （ knowledgeserviceprovider ，知識服務提供商）運作模式，從而形成了在組織和技術兩大基礎上構築「知識商務平臺」的整體思路，闡明了在企業內建立crm系統成功實施和良好運作的支撐環境，並使crm系統能夠幫助企業實現更高層次的商業智能（ bi ）和支持企業的橫向聯合發展的主導思想。
