廢棄物經操作臺連續定量投入立式爐本全燃燒室，由點火文空燃燒機自動點火，根據三t原則在爐本體燃燒室（ 800 - 1000 ）以充分燃燒，焚燒后產生的殘余廢氣經煙道進入二次燃燒室再經高溫（ 1100 - 1200 ）氧化焚燒，經二次焚燒后的氣體進入高效旋風除塵器，除去顆粒較大的粉塵后，進入急冷塔噴淋洗滌裝置吸收酸性氣體。 -
Hull of this machine is designed in line with flow type of whirlwind dust catcher : to separate dust with large size granule firstly, then remove fine dust with filtering bag. the revolved nozzle will burst back - blow current from top to lower place periodically to force the bag to expand, shake off dust on the filtering bag which enhances service life of filtering bag and assuring dust removing effect
