    摘要實驗研究用四極質譜儀對金屬杜瓦排氣進行長期動態監測，跟蹤內部主要氣體成分的分壓強的大小變化，得出排氣工藝對杜瓦內表面放氣量大小的影響，介紹了實驗的原理、裝置、方法、數據和干擾因素，對影響杜瓦真空度的主要氣體成分進行了初步研究，提出改進杜瓦排氣工藝的可能方向，對工藝處理具有實際意義。
