結果單純性乳導管擴張癥11例，導管均勻擴張，管壁光滑；單純性乳導管炎3例，導管樹變細，管壁光整；乳導管擴張伴炎癥45例，導管樹不按比例擴張增粗；乳導管內乳頭狀瘤46例，圓形、類圓形充盈缺損，導管呈「杯口狀」中斷，多發乳頭狀瘤和乳頭狀瘤病表現為多支導管充盈缺損，導管節段性顯示，邊緣光滑；乳導管癌7例，乳導管不規則充盈缺損或中斷，導管壁僵硬。
