本實驗是將含grf重組質粒的jm109菌株大量培養，用堿裂變法提取質粒，用dnacaculator定量；制備含grf的原生質體，經1的戊二醛處理后注射於家兔肌肉，在注射部位給予電刺激，提取總rna ，用rt - pcr檢測grf在肌肉中的表達；用elisa法定性檢測grf在肌肉中蛋白質水平的表達；將該原生質體注射于小鼠肌肉中，定期提取dna ，初步探討原生質介導的外源性grf在小鼠肌肉中的表達時間。 -
