結果表明，在抗性菌株pd07不加抑霉唑的情況下， pd07和pd23中游離麥角甾醇的含量採用duncan ' s新復極差測驗在5水平沒有明顯差異；但當pd07中加入0 . 1 g ml抑霉唑時，三次重復測定結果顯示抗性菌株pd07中麥角甾醇的含量明顯地要比敏感菌株pd23中的含量高，而且兩者在5水平上差異顯著。
