    本研究主要採取定性分析和定量分析相結合的原則,首先通過定性的研究方法,提出了食物質量安全的基本內涵,探索劃分了食物質量安全內涵演變的四個階段,歸結出三類食物質量安全的主要引發因素,較為完整地表述了食物質量安全技術的含義及其特徵,並首次對食物質量安全技術從技術支撐階段、技術功能差異、技術目標側重和研究所屬領域的四個角度進行了分類,在此基礎上,建立了食物質量安全技術「關鍵性」評價指標體系。
