因此，公信力是公證制度的靈魂和生命，是維系公證事業健康持久發展的基石，是維護國家法制健康持久發展的重要力量。法國等大陸法系國家公證的公信力相當高，筆者參照大陸法系國家成熟的公證立法例，結合我國公證實際，提出建構以公信力為核心的中國公證制度。筆者通過對法國、德國、義大利、西班牙和日本等大陸法系國家的公證制度及其相關法律制度的考察，通過查找中國公證的公信力缺失的原因，分析公證的公信力的來源，找出維護和提高公證的公信力的途徑，提出了完善我國公證制度的構想。
