  11. Moreover these activities should be performed as duty, renouncing attachment to fruitive results ; this is my topmost, definitive conclusion, o arjuna

  16. Arjuna, when greed, restless exertion with great endeavor for fruitive activities, agitation of the senses, incessant desire for sensual indulgence ; when all these arise the mode of passion predominates

    阿諸那啊,當人貪婪,不遺餘力地從事追求利益的活動,感官興奮騷動不安,不停地要求肉慾的放縱,當所有這些都出現的時候,就是慾望情感佔了主導地位。
  17. Lordkrsna said : both renunciation of actions and prescribed actions in the science of uniting the individual consciousness with the ultimate consciousness lead to the path of liberation ; but of the two prescribed actions in the science of uniting individual consciousness with the ultimate consciousness is superior to renunciation of fruitive activities

    主奎師那說:對行為的放下和融合統一個體意識(知覺)與根本意識(覺知)科學中所指定的行為都可以通向解放之路;但是二者之中,融合統一個體意識(知覺)與根本意識(覺知)的科學中所指定的行為要高於對利益行為的放下。
  18. Arjuna, offering sacrifice in knowledge is superior to offering sacrifice of material possessions ; o subduer of enemies, all fruitive activities come to an end entirely by knowledge

    阿諸那啊,知識的布施要高於財物富的布施;敵人的征服者啊,所有的利益行為都會被智慧所完全終結。
