本論文研究了激光觸發多級多通道開關的運行機理、 sf _ 6 n _ 2 、 sf _ 6 ar混合氣的開關特性和多通道場畸變開關設計技術，建立了零維激光觸發火花隙及激光觸發多級多通道開關數值模擬模型，研製了200kv原理型激光觸發多級多通道開關、 200kv 100ka環軌式場畸變開關和5mv激光觸發多級多通道開關，獲得的主要成果和結論如下： （ 1 ） sf _ 6 n _ 2 、 sf _ 6 ar混合氣的開關特性及多通道場畸變開關設計技術研究方面。
