外塗于病發部位皮膚上，按摩數分鐘，再塗上一層，用棉質紗布包裹，再用保鮮紙包裹，從而保持其濕度，之後再包裹好，經過一整晚后，拆開后再用過濾水、蒸餾水或蘋果醋清洗乾凈。 -
