摘要試驗在苜蓿組織培養中，對球形胚形成過程中特異蛋白質表達的模式、過氧化物酶及酯酶同工酶酶譜變化進行研究，結果表明：苜蓿組織培養中從胚性愈傷組織到球形胚發育的進程中，順序消失和出現了11種中小分子量多肽；過氧化物酶同工酶酶譜發生了顯著的變化；酯酶同工酶酶譜變化不大，但其總活力對于維持體細胞胚胎發生是必須的。
