通過對這兩個模擬所得到的軌跡在原子的平均位置、方均根漲落、方均根偏差、單體之間相互作用、氫鍵網路、二級結構等方面進行的比較分析發現，對于包含鋅離子和苯酚的體系，胰島素六聚體的穩定性得到了增強，但其構象柔性卻受到了削弱；對不含鋅離子和苯酚的體系，胰島素六聚體的穩定性明顯減弱，構象柔性卻表現得較為突出，在這種情況下，胰島素六聚體還表現出解聚的傾向。
