結果發現:本表達系統產生的meq蛋白可被重組痘病毒表達的meq制備的單抗23b46所識別;在感染細胞中， meq蛋白僅局限於細胞核內，而且隨著感染后（ pi ）時間的增加，具有從核質向核仁和核膜轉移的趨向; w已stemblot和免疫沉澱試驗均證實重組桿狀病毒感染細胞裂解物中出現有兩條大小約為60kd的特異帶。
