本文通過對產業內貿易各種經濟福利效應的分析，結合我國產業內貿易的發展，以及產業結構的變化，運用產業內貿易中的相關理論，包括規模收益遞增理論、不完全競爭理論、產品的差異化理論、產品生命周期理論等等，指出產業內貿易是我國國際貿易發展的方向，同時也對我國產業結構的升級起著一定的推動作用，從而說明我國發展產業內貿易的可能性和必要性。
