本研究在對知識服務相關理論進行梳理，明確圖書館知識服務內涵的基礎上，對目前我國圖書館提供的信息服務現狀和圖書館用戶信息服務利用與需求狀況進行了調查，將目前圖書館知識服務劃分為基礎層、過渡層和創新層的三層金字塔式結構，並提出圖書館知識服務功能的定位。 -
