從「第三方物流」理念產生的社會基礎入手，通過對「第三方物流」的資源優勢和典型特徵的分析，描述了「第三方物流」的概念，通過對「第三方物流」實踐案例的介紹和對神龍公司利用「第三方物流」可能性的分析，論證了「第三方物流」對改善企業物流的作用，從而得出了利用「第三方物流」是提高企業物流系統整體水平，使企業獲得並保持市場競爭力的最有效的方法之結論。 -
