本文在對丘陵油田陵二西區三間房組地層進行小層精細劃分和對比的基礎上，落實了斷層在陵二西區的分佈狀況，詳細研究了各小層的砂體分佈、物性分佈與沉積微相及三者之間的關系，對儲層的宏觀非均質性作了定量分析，統一了小層分類評價標準；分析了影響產量變化的因素，從油井見效見水、注采平衡和儲層動用等方面闡述了陵二西區三間房組油藏的注水開發效果，並總結了注入水運動和剩餘油分佈規律。 -
