    本文根據水輪機調節領域存在的問題和發展趨勢，對水輪機調速器的液壓控制系統、頻率測量環節、離散調節系統穩定性與調節參數最優整定以及適應式參數自調整pid控制策略進行了研究，得到以下主要成果和結論：首次提出了採用步進電機驅動的步進式電液引導閥，從根本上解決了水輪機調速器電液隨動系統中存在的電液轉換元件發卡、堵塞問題，使電液隨動系統的可靠性大大提高。
