To design the structure of network centric operating system ( ncos ) and evaluate the effects of network centric warfare on combat outcomes, firstly information quality transformation of ncos is analyzed in information domain and three measures of information quality : completeness, correctness and currency, is present and then the measure and the metric of completeness, correctness and currency are explored in sensor sub - domain, fusion - domain and network sub - domain of information domain, and finally the model of evalulating the effectiveness of ncos is giuen in information domain
摘要為設計網路中心化作戰體系和評估網路中心戰對作戰結果的影響，首先分析了網路中心化作戰體系的信息域信息質量轉換，提出了三個信息質指示：完備性、準確性和時效性指標，其次研究了信息城的傳感器子域、融合子域和通信網路子域的完備性、準確性和時效性指標及其度量，最後給出網路中心化作戰體系的信息域效能評估模型。
