論文中首先了解了gsm通信系統及其關鍵技術;再者研究分析了可編程儀器控制的軟硬體技術，包括ieee488 （ gpib ）標準總線、 scpi （ standardcommandsforprogrammableinstruments可編程儀器標準命令）和visa （ virtualinstrumentsystemarchitecture虛擬儀器軟體架構）為對可編程儀器進行驅動編程打下基礎;第三步研究了軟體實現技術，對組件的優勢和com的特點進行了分析確定採用com組件技術來完成驅動模塊;最後根據移動臺測試要求選擇可編程測量儀器cmu200綜測儀、 e4445a頻譜儀、 e4438c信號源和一臺測量控制計算機搭建起了測試平臺，研讀可編程儀器cmu200綜測儀的scpi命令和visa （虛擬儀器軟體架構） ，根據gsm移動臺測試方法在vc開發平臺下採用com組件形式完成對cmu200的驅動編程從而實現對gsm移動臺的自動測試。 -
