目的：我們在長期實踐中發現，大腸桿菌中表達的人堿性成纖維細胞生長因子（ humanbasicfibroblastgrowthfactor ， hbfgf ）在e . coli中表達量不高，可溶性低，蛋白溶液中大量存在二聚體，三聚體以至多聚體，使得hbfgf的生物活性大大降低。
