    第十八條（區縣級教學成果獎）區、縣和委、辦、局（包括高等院校，下同）級教學成果獎的評獎條件、獎勵等級、獎金數額、評審組織和辦法，由區、縣人民政府和委、辦、局根據需要自行制定，報市教育行政部門備案。
