為了防止抽油機故障停機、無油空抽、不法分子的蓄意破壞等情況的發生，因此對油井工況進行實時監控顯得尤為重要。本文論述了採集用於形成油井示功圖的位移和載荷數據的傳感器的研製，包括硬體電路和軟體的設計，對基於rbf神經網路的油井工況模式識別方法進行了研究，對監控系統主機的部分硬體電路及相應的軟體進行了設計，並對整個油井監控系統進行了聯調和測試。
