When an insurance contract is entered into between an insurer and an applicant, and where the insurer has given a notable instruction of an exemption clause in the insurance policy or other insurance certificates at the same time, which would sufficiently attact such applicant ' s attention, and together with that the insurer has given an interpretation orally or in writting to the applicant with regards to the contents of the exemption clause, it shall be construed that the insurer has fullfiled its explicit interpretation obligation
第二款：保險人在與投保人簽訂保險合同時，保險人對責任免除條款在保險單或其他保險憑證上做出能夠足以引起投保人注意的提示，並對免責條款的內容以書面或口頭形式向投保人作出解釋的，視為保險人履行了明確說明義務。
