本文通過對我國城市交通的發展、城市停車狀況的分析和對國內外城市停車政策和指標體系制定經驗的分析研究，結合重慶市總體規劃、重慶市交通發展戰略和重慶市主城區綜合交通規劃等研究成果，在抽樣調查的基礎上，對重慶市主城區停車現狀及存在問題進行了深入的分析論證，建立了建築物停車需求預測模型和停車需求增長率模型，提出了重慶市停車發展戰略，制定了具有可操作性的主城區停車配建指標體系，細化了建築物分類標準及基數單位，並提出了實施相關停車政策的建議。 -
