Methods : medical records of 52 patients with clinical stage one endometrial cancer diagnosed by pre - operative hysteroscopy in our hospital were reviewed in this retrospective study, informations about cytological test of abdominal peritoneal fluid, type of operation, post - operative surgical stage and follow - up were collected
方法：回顧性分析本院52例術前宮腔鏡診斷為臨床期子宮內膜癌患者的臨床資料，了解術中腹水細胞學檢查、手術方式、手術病理分期等，隨訪預后。
