本文嘗試將透明顫菌血紅蛋白（ vhb ）基因優化、人工合成並且分別和gfmcryia （ bt ）基因、融合殺蟲基因（ bt - cpti ）構建成雙價基因植物高效表達載體，導入煙草，研究該基因對植物代謝水平和植物生長的影響，嘗試通過基因工程育種技術增加轉基因作物產量的同時，雙可使其具有抗蟲性，以期望培育出高產、穩產又具有抗蟲效果的新品種。
