    本課題以氣動調節閥的智能化為研究目標,提出了實現氣動執行器智能化的總體方案。並對其中幾個關鍵技術難題進行了研究分析:以滿足本安型防爆要求( ib ct5 )的基於壓電陶瓷原理的電氣( i / p )轉換單元、低功耗的控制電路方案;以實現智能化和hart網路通訊功能為目標軟體總體設計方案;以mtbf 16000小時為目標和以電子電路、機械零部件、軟體為主體的整機可靠性設計方案。
