本文通過調查問卷，開座談會，查閱資料，個案追蹤，追溯歷史，總結經驗等研究方法，對當前小學心理健康教育中存在的問題作了深入分析：教師、家長對家校合作的認識有很大偏差；實踐中家校合作開展心理健康教育目的不明確；活動簡單化，缺乏針對性；以學校為主，缺少家校雙向交流；專業教師匱乏且大部分心理教師專業技能有待提高；大部分學校未形成全方位的心理健康教育系統；等等。
