    本文以唐鋼高速線材廠cims應用工程（ tggx - cims ）的軟體開發為背景，分析了國內外流程工業cims的發展現狀與發展趨勢，以及傳統流程工業cims的體系結構，並根據流程工業的信息集成現狀及流程工業的特點提出了新一代流程工業自動化信息管理技術的三層體系結構，即企業e化系統（ ees ）管理信息系統（ mis ）生產執行系統（ mes ） 。
