In this paper, a size detecting system, which based on the machine vision technology and image process method has been developed. this system can be applied to the notched impact specimens ’ product line. the main research as follows : according to the request of the notched impact specimens ’ on - line detecting and the feature of machine vision system, on - line detecting system of the notched impact specimens ’ dimension and shape designed by using the technique of image acquisition, display, processing and analysis, which includes the structure design of the system, the configuration of the hardware, the comparison image of image processing, the design of the software and the final error analyzing
本文以機器視覺技術為基礎，以圖像處理技術為方法，針對機械加工的特殊條件，開發了用於沖擊試樣零件生產線的尺寸檢測系統，本文主要研究了以下內容:針對沖擊試樣在線檢測的研製要求，結合機器視覺系統的功能及結構特點，利用圖像採集、顯示、處理和分析技術，完成了沖擊試樣尺寸在線視覺檢測系統的設計，包括系統的總體結構設計、硬體配置、圖像處理方法比較分析、軟體設計及誤差分析等。
