Participants authorize broadcast of portions of their work for the promotion of the festival on television, the internet, or other media segments totaling 3 minutes or less. they also authorize the use of stills in the booking brochure, festival catalogue, the hkiff website, and other publicity materials
入圍者須授權本協會為宣傳而在電視、印刷媒體、網際網路或其他傳播媒介播放其作品之片段（長度不超過三分鐘） ，及在電影節的節目及訂票手冊、特刊、網頁及其他宣傳品上使用該片的劇照。
