為了鑒別診斷tgev與prcv及對tgev進行流行病學調查，本研究採用原核表達系統（ gst融合表達系統）表達tgev纖突蛋白（ s蛋白）中含有b和c抗原位點的多肽，並且制備了非放射性地高辛標記的核酸探針，通過斑點雜交（ dot - blot ）檢測tgev核酸rna 。
