本文用1961 - 1999年浙江省36個氣象觀測站的降水量和氣溫資料、 1951 - 1999年全國160站的降水量和氣溫資料、 1961 - 1999年500hpa月平均高度資料和1949 - 1999年浙江省11個地市的受災面積、成災面積、耕地面積等資料，通過計算趨勢系數、變量場eof分解、旋轉eof分解、奇異譜分析和最大熵譜分析等多種統計學方法和天氣學方法，研究了浙江省氣候變化特點及旱澇災害時空分佈的特徵。 -
Study shows that great rainfall influences soil slope safety factor markedly, magnitude of rainfall intensity has a great influence on slope safety factor for steep slope under certain coefficient of saturated conductivity, the surface plant roots affect unsaturated zone seepage field distribution and postpone unsaturated zone moisture content ' s increase, so the soil slope safety factor is enhanced finally
分析結果表明，在土體飽和滲透系數一定的條件下，強降雨對土坡穩定系數影響顯著；土坡越陡，降雨強度大小對土坡安全性影響就俞顯突出；土坡表層植物根系的存在影響非飽和區滲流場分佈，可以延緩非飽和區含水量的增大，土坡穩定系數得到提高。
