第二，分析了橋梁抗風分析的兩種方法，包括基於陣風系數的陣風分析法和抖振反應譜分析法。第三，從工程實際應用出發，通過參數分析，對精確方法進行適當簡化，推導出了橋梁在懸臂施工中的抖振反應譜法的實用計算公式。最後，通過工程實例，採用兩種抗風分析方法分別進行了分析計算，實例分析的計算結果說明反應譜法計算得到的內力大於按陣風系數法得到的內力；同時提出了在懸臂施工狀態工程施工中的臨時抗風措施。
