本論文就是作者運用mba學習過程形成的分析問題、解決問題的思維和經濟學、統計、戰略管理等有關知識，根據城市化均衡戰略理論，借鑒世界城市化進程的發展規律，結合洛陽市的實際，回顧了洛陽城市化發展的歷史，分析了洛陽城市化發展的現狀特徵和存在問題，詳細評述了影響洛陽城市化進程的各種因素。在此基礎上，對洛陽市未來城市化發展進行預測，提出了洛陽未來城市化發展的戰略框架和發展思路。
